  • Grapefruit Essential Oil: Energizing and purifying. Grapefruit is cleansing to the body and spirit helping to restore our inner power.

    Juniper Essential Oil: Calming and clearing. Juniper helps to clear our energetic field by releasing negative thoughts and energies that can hold us back from our true purpose.

    Spikenard Essential Oil: Balancing and calming. Spikenard helps us release fears of the unknown while promoting inner trust and self-confidence.

    Melissa Essential Oil: Calming and uplifting. Melissa helps to restore clarity and release deeply hidden emotions allowing us to move forward in our power.

  • Directions: For aromatic use. Release 2-3 droplets onto palm, massage palms together, bring palms to face and take a few deep inhalations before practice or meditation; anoint feet, the solar plexus (upper abdomen), and/or pulse points with a single drop; or diffuse in your sacred space.
