  • Neem Oil: Conditioning and Moisturizing. This wonderful oil is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids (EFAs) and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

    Avocado Oil: Hydrating and softening. Helps to soften and moisturize skin without leaving a greasy residue.

    Sesame Oil: Soothing and softening. Sesame contains vitamin E making it beneficial as an emollient and moisturizer. This oil is frequently used in massage therapies due to its soothing properties and is even mentioned in the vedas

    Black Spruce Essential Oil: Grounding and centering. Black Spruce is an instantly grounding oil that helps connect us to the earth and ourselves.

    Patchouli Essential Oil: Grounding and strengthening. Patchouli helps to bring one into the physical world keeping us in the present moment.

    Black Pepper Essential Oil: Grounding and releasing. Black Pepper helps one to release anxiety and self-doubt allowing us to move forward without fear.

    Vetiver Essential Oil: Grounding and calming. Vetiver helps to pull us down to earth moving us to be centered and calm.

  • Directions: For aromatic use. Place a few drops into your palm to moisturize and massage feet, legs and body. Add a few drops to a bath for a grounding and relaxing experience. Combine with GROUND Soaking Salts to make a foot scrub. Mix 2:1 Oil to Salt.
